The challenge + Result

Barcelona Wine Bar and bartaco had proven concepts and an ambitious expansion ahead. As they scaled across markets, they needed narrative that could carry the brand vision — and the culture — into every new location.
 

I was brought in as a Director/Producer to develop brand films, translating the founders' vision into narrative that worked for both external brand building and internal culture scaling.

Brand Hero Films - Showcased the founders' narrative: bringing authentic Catalonian and coastal Mexican cuisine to new markets, emphasizing craft and authenticity.

Social Content - Organic content capturing the character of locations and food across several markets.

Internal Culture Videos - Storytelling that reinforced brand narrative for employees across 30+ locations, illustrating how its staff were building something culturally meaningful.
